Electrical hook up for the catering stands will be available at a cost of £75 per plug in, booked and payable in advance.

NO PETROL GENERATORS WILL BE PERMITTED.

Hygiene Rating Certificate must be held and presented on request. Please attach

Risk Assessment including Fire Risk & PAT certification for all electrical equipment. Please attach

Gas Safety Certificate. Please attach

Please note a fire extinguisher must be on your stand ready and commissioned for use.

The site will be open for stall holders to set up from 11am on Thursday 17th September. Catering outlets may commence trading Friday 18th at midday and are to cease trading at 11.45pm, Friday & Saturday evenings (5pm Sunday). There will be limited on site security until Friday evening.

I agree to keep the organisers indemnified against all liabilty whatsoever in respect of any damage or personal injury caused by me or my exhibit/stand/drivers/crew or others who I may be responsible for either at or whilst travelling to or from the event. I undertake that my exhibit/stand will be covered by public liability insurance for not less than £5,000,000 for the whole time my exhibit/stand are on the showground.
