Our Outside Trade Stands at the Berwick St John Country Fayre will add to the lively country atmosphere, featuring a variety of local traders and small businesses. From rural crafts and produce to interesting stalls and displays, the aim is to create a traditional fayre feel where visitors can wander, browse, and enjoy a good chat with stallholders.

Outside traders should be fully self-sufficient and bring everything they need for their pitch.

INDEMNITY DECLARATION

I agree to keep the organisers indemnified against all liability whatsoever in respect of any damage or personal injury caused by me or my exhibit/stand/drivers/crew or others whom I may be responsible for either at or whilst travelling to or from the event. I undertake that I and my exhibit/stand will be covered by public liability insurance for not less than £5,000,000 for the whole time my exhibit/stand are on the showground. I have read and understood the Rules of the Event.

The site will be open for stall holders to set up from 11am on Thursday 17th September. We ask that stall holders remain on the show ground until 4pm on Sunday 20th September.

Only pre-paid pitches will be permitted. No ‘on the day’ arrivals will be accepted.
